Bugfix #03 - P.E.R.K.S / UI / Sounds

Perks:

Perks, am I right?
-Re-fixed an issue that caused perks to not work during the final encounter.

UI:

Wide Screen Gaming
-Poked the anchors of the Shop UI until they decided to stop sliding around for wide-screen resolutions.

Sound:

Mood killer
-Fixed an issue that caused the boss music and sound to not play during the boss scene. 

Additional comments: I know I said last one was the final one but I swear this one is it, I just can't bear watching people play and they don't get to experience the game as it was supposed to be... It seems like the last Bugfix may have broken some stuff but we should be okay now.
